Fragile Delivery

GLASS DELIVERY SERVICE

Accurate Glass provides a delivery service for our glass products in a protected environment. Products such as shower doors, panel doors, mirrors, mirror doors, etc can all be delivered quickly and safely. Our fuel efficient vans are fitted with proper racks, carpet and shipping tie downs to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and of course dust free. Please call us for delivery service.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY SERVICE

Size Limitations: Glass size is limited to 96" x 130" & 3000lbs per truck load. Glass over 150lbs require a person on site to assist with offload of glass. When more than one person is required to deliver additional charges may apply.
Delivery Times: Varying times as a result of factors beyond our control including accidents, weather road closures and construction are not the responsibility of Accurate Glass Products.
Breakage: Accurate Glass Products is not liable for breakage during delivery.

Materials Delivered to a Job Site: Any site drops require cell phone number and site contact. When blind drop is required customer assumes quality approval. Rejects are at customer's expense.
Wait Times: Max wait time is 30 minutes. $75 per hr. after 30 minutes
Drivers are not permitted to:
offload glass exceeding 150lbs without assistance
carry glass more than 30 meters from the van
carry glass up more than limited number of stairs (should be ground level)
carry glass upstairs with no railing
assist with installs

PLEASE NOTE

Accurate Glass Products has the right to refuse any deliveries that the driver deems unsafe for drop or unsafe for delivery. Drivers also have the right to refuse templates or glass to be returned that they deem unsafe. Any damage to Accurate Glass Products vehicles due to loading and off-loading will result in additional charges in the amount of the cost of repair. Charges for delivery may apply if outside of our standard delivery area and order does not meet minimum requirements.
